Clive D'Cruz
Chief Executive Officer

Clive D'Cruz was appointed Chief Executive Officer in December 2012.'' Mr D'Cruz joined Epic Energy in May 2005 and has held a variety of senior roles in the company in the Operations area of the business.

Mr D'Cruz has over 15 years experience in the energy and oil & gas industries.' Prior to joining Epic, Mr D'Cruz held several operational management positions with Origin Energy in both the distribution and transmission businesses.' He was also involved with various pipeline construction projects during his tenure with Origin.

Mr D'Cruz holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours), is currently completing his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Adelaide and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Mark Twells
Chief Financial Officer

Mark was appointed Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in June 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of Epic Energy's financial management, including corporate finance, treasury, debt management and financial governance.

Prior to joining Epic Energy Mark was Head of Finance for Macquarie Atlas Roads/Macquarie Infrastructure Group (an ASX 200 listed multinational infrastructure group) and worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers' audit practices in Sydney and the UK.

Mark is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, holds a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University and is a Member of the Institute of Company Directors.

Brian Willcocks
General Manager, Corporate Services

Brian Willcocks was appointed General Manager Corporate Services in June 2014.''

Mr Willcocks has over 20 years of energy and oil & gas experience in consulting, management and senior advisor roles in the areas of risk, compliance, safety, environment.'

Prior to joining Epic, Mr Willcocks was Managing Director for a small team of consulting professionals servicing the oil & gas, rail, civil & construction, cement and banking industries.

Mr Willcocks has extensive experience in organisational transformation initiatives and compliance in both upstream energy exploration and production with Santos, and upstream and downstream activities with Origin Energy.

Mr Willcocks holds a Bachelor of Education (Secondary Science) and Graduate Diplomas in the areas of Systems Analysis (IT), Safety Management and Management.

Tom Forde
Manager, Engineering Services

Tom Forde joined Epic Energy as the Manager, Engineering and Technical Services in 2010, responsible for providing technical support and asset management services for pipelines and facilities in SA, QLD and WA. Mr Forde is now Manager, Engineering Services with the recently formed Epic Energy South Australia, overseeing a team of engineers, technicians and pipeline operators who manage the Moomba to Adelaide and South East pipeline systems across the areas of control room operations, asset integrity management, maintenance engineering and technical support to commercial developments.

Prior to joining Epic Energy, Mr Forde worked in engineering consulting services, enjoying a wide range of experience across technical and project management roles in oil and gas, energy infrastructure, water and civil construction projects in Australia and the UK. Mr Forde has a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Environmental) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide.

Jarrod Gilby
Manager, Maintenance

Jarrod Gilby was appointed Manager Maintenance in June 2012. Mr Gilby is responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all of Epic Energy's gas transmission pipeline infrastructure. Mr Gilby joined Epic Energy as Maintenance Superintendent in January 2009.

Mr Gilby has 19 years experience in maintenance at varying levels.' Prior to joining Epic, Mr Gilby held the role of Maintenance Superintendent with Perilya mining and was responsible for all aspects of maintenance management for fixed and mobile plant in both the underground and surface environments.

Mr Gilby holds dual trade qualifications of Plant/Automotive and Refrigeration Mechanic.
