Energy to You
Epic Energy currently services a range of stakeholders in electricity generation, gas distribution and industrial sectors, including Origin Energy, AGL, Engie, Liberty OneSteel and Adelaide Brighton Cement.
When it comes to gas transportation services, many customers have different needs. While we have in place standard terms and conditions for transportation of gas on the MAPS and the SEPS, we encourage prospective customers to discuss their gas transportation requirements if the standard terms aren’t suitable.
If you are interested in acquiring gas transportation services on either the MAPS or the SEPS non-scheme pipelines, please contact Epic’s Manager, Commercial by email at email@example.com or call (08) 8343 8100.
Access Under National Gas Law
There is also another option available for customers to acquire gas transportation services from Epic Energy under chapter 6A of the National Gas Law.
Prospective customers may make a preliminary enquiry for gas transportation services on either the MAPS or the SEPS non-scheme pipelines by completing our Preliminary Enquiry Form.
Prospective customers may also make a formal access request for gas transportation services on either the MAPS or the SEPS non-scheme pipelines by completing an Access Request Form.
If you’re marking an application, you should refer to Epic’s User Access Guide to help you when seeking to make a preliminary enquiry or formal access request under Part 23 of the NGR.
Please note that an access request made under Part 23 of the NGR will only be accepted by Epic Energy by you completing our Access Request Form that must be completed in full and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will let prospective customers know within five business days if we require further information to complete the access request. Please refer to our User Access Guide for more information including the services we offer on either the MAPS or the SEPS non-scheme pipeline.
